采女塚（出山寺）

采女塚（うねめづか）
　石碑の正面上部に横書きで「采女塚」とあり、その下に仮名混じりの文でその由来を刻んでいる。
　江戸時代の初期、寛文年間（1661～1672）新吉原雁金屋の遊女「采女」に心を寄せた若い焦慮が師から固く制され、悩んだ末、雁金屋の前で自害してしまった。采女は悲しんで浅茅ヶ原の鏡が池に身を投げた。時に17才。翌朝、草刈りの人たちが
「名をそれとしらずともしれさる沢の　あとをかがみが池にしずめば」
としるした短冊を見つけ、采女とわかり、塚に葬った。
　浅茅ヶ原は、現在の橋場1、2丁目と清川1、2丁目のあたりを指し、『江戸名所図会』によると、鏡が池の面積は、文政（1818～1829）の頃、約500平方メートル、橋場1丁目の北部あたりにあったという。
　碑は、文化元年（1804）大田南畝ら文人たちによって建立。第二次世界大戦で火をあびている。

 The characters "UNEME ZUKA"are carved in the upper part of the tombstone and the reason for building th mound is engraved below.
 In the veginning of the Edo period a young monk fell in love with a young prostitute named Uneme.The monk's master forbade him to see her,however,which to take his own life.Uneme,who was seventeen years old,grieved so greatly over his death that she threw herself into th pond called Kagami-ga-Ike at a place known as Asaji-ga-hara.The next morning people who came to the pond to cut grass nearby found her body and buried ti.The tonbstone was erected by a writer named Ota Nanpo and his friends.
 The tonbstone was scorched by fire during World War Ⅱ．
